1) A clean ride with something 'different' that sets it apart.
2) Activity on the forum and the page.

Update: New idea. . . due to increase in members and a few with some not so good picture options im going to have to say at least 3 viable options for pictures on your own site to be put up on this page. . . sorry to any who doesn't qualify just update your page and let me know and ill be sure to put you on here!
