First off the club was started by Clark Conard. He currently lives in Johnson City and attends Science Hill High School. He drive a Silver 03' VW GTI 1.8T. The club was started in the beginning to get together and meet with friends and make friends with some of the others that live in JC and drive Volkswagens. Over time it has grown and now has around 20 members.
